What hole tolerances can you hold in CNC drilling?
Typical drilled hole diameter tolerance is ±0.05 mm; with reaming or boring we can reach ±0.01–0.02 mm depending on material and depth-to-diameter ratio. Positional accuracy follows the drawing GD&T.
How deep can you drill? Do you support deep-hole drilling?
Yes. As a guideline, we support up to 25×D with the right tooling, peck cycles, and coolant-through drills. For extreme depths we may recommend pilot holes or step drilling to maintain straightness and finish.
Which materials do you drill?
Aluminum (6000/7000), stainless (300/400), mild steel, brass, copper, and engineering plastics such as Delrin (POM), Nylon, PTFE, ABS, PEEK. See our Material Composition page.
What affects the cost of CNC drilling?
Quantity, material, hole count and sizes, depth (×D), tolerance/finish, tapping or countersinking, and any secondary ops (deburr, anodize, plate). Sharing a target price helps us optimize the process plan.
What file formats do you accept?
